Shipping policy

 

All local orders above $100 will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Courier which will be based on each delivery
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier - Toh Aquarium In-house Courier, Lalamove

1) Local Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping is a fixed fee of $8.00
All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 2-4 working days*

2) Local Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is a fixed fee of $15.00
All Express Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 1-2 working days*

Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm on Saturday
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the agent will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts)
In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $5.00
